Service Description
** recommended only for those that have experience with chemical peels Glycolic acid is one of the most commonly known ingredients in skincare. It is a type of alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) naturally found in various fruits, including sugarcane, grapes and citrus. It is often used in skincare products due to its natural exfoliating and skin-renewing properties. The small molecular size of AHAs, like glycolic acid, enable it to deeply penetrate the skin and break down the bonds that hold dead skin cells together, allowing them to be sloughed off more easily and reveal fresher, brighter skin underneath. Additionally, glycolic acid has been shown to stimulate collagen production in the skin which can help to improve skin firmness and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Glycolic acid targets some of the most common skin issues, such as clogged pores and blackheads, dull, dehydrated skin and visible signs of aging. Safe for all skintones.
Cancellation Policy
For services less that $100 at the time of booking, cancelations or date changes must be made no later than a week before your scheduled service date- no deposit will be returned if a deposit was made. For services greater than $100, cancelations and date changes must be made no later than a month before to receive a refund. Deposits will also be refunded if the trail/consultation was also canceled. The only exception to this policy are for acts of God, and this will be determined by the artist at that time. If we have an appointment, and you do not show up within 15 minutes of your show time, you will be at risk for a no-show fee. This fee will be determined by distance, and length of time it took to get to and from location. If you are a no-show and the location is the artists home, you will be charged a fee based on the service you booked. We understand that life happens: if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call your artist and let them know! The same will be done for you in the instance of running into traffic.
